1. Shrink wrapped packaging without base tray or Pad (white film or color film)
This packaging method is widely applied throughout the beverage industry, and was used early on by Coca-Cola and Pepsi Co. Currently, about 70% packaging of drinking water in the market is packaged using this method. The method has been gradually applied to juice and dairy packaging such as Huiyuan, Mengniu, Yili, and so on.

Cost savings, the supermarkets using color film packaging can attract attention, improve grade, and more beneficial to brand promotion.
2. Pad + film packaging
This packaging form is used most in the beer industry and is now being gradually promoted to other industries such as soft drinks, condiments, daily chemicals, and other alcoholic products.
Advantages:
Cost savings and environmental protection compared to cartons. Carton packaging depends on the contact between the bottom cardboard and the next layer of cover, so as to avoid bottle loss from damage to the carton during transportation. It is more suitable for long-distance transportation compared to pure film packaging.
3. Tray + film packaging
This packaging form is used most in the beer industry and is now being gradually promoted to other industries such as soft drinks, condiments, daily chemicals, and other alcoholic products.
Advantages:
Cost savings and environmental protection compared to cartons. The product is surrounded by cardboard, so as to avoid bottle loss from damage to the carton during transportation. It is more suitable for long-distance transportation than pure film packaging and cardboard film packaging.
4. Outer carton packaging with shrink film
This package is widely used in cans of beer, herbal tea, Tetra Pak and so on.
Advantages:
Carton outer cover film costs are low because the weight of the product depends on the carton and the PE shrink film can be very thin. It effectively protects cartons from wear and tear and avoids degumming and cracking of cartons in wet weather.
5. Small shrink wrapped packaging + packing
This package form is first shrink film packaged in 4 or 6 bottles and then 24 bottles of packing.
6. Small shrink wrapped packaging + pad and film packaging
This packaging form has come into used very early. First film packaged in 4 or 6 bottles and followed by 24 bottles of large shrinkwrap.
Advantages:
Mainly for supermarkets, rapid consumption, and cost savings over cartons.
7. Small shrink wrapped packaging + tray without film packaging
This package form is first shrink wrapped with 4 bottles (cans) or 6 bottles (cans), the package is loaded into the tray without film, then the entire pallet is wrapped (or partially wrapped) by palletizing.
Advantages:
Save costs of packaging, stacking transportation, and relieve the supermarket staff from unpacking again.
8. Small shrink wrapped packaging + tray with film packaging
First, 4 bottles (cans) or 6 bottles (cans) packed with shrink wrapper, and then products loaded into tray and film packaged again.
Advantages:
Compared to carton packaging, inside small shrink wrapped packaging can be made with color film, and outer half tray film package is white film packaging, so it can save packaging costs.
